We’re here to help you lead an inspired, balanced and well-rounded life by providing the necessary tools to really rock this mama thing!
Through community-driven events our mission is to create a comfortable social setting for mamas and babies to mingle and engage with one another. Whether it’s a mommy and me lunch, musical adventure class, educational panel or wellness retreat, Mommy Mingle provides the social, emotional and supportive community that is essential for every mama.

Carlie is a lifelong New Yorker, currently living on the Upper West Side with her husband Marc and 2 1/2 year old daughter Noa, and newborn boy.
Carlie has a passion for health and fitness. After graduating from Indiana University with a degree in Kinesiology, she spent 10 years in Corporate Fitness for one of the largest Health and Wellness companies in the country. Starting as an Exercise Specialist and Group Exercise Instructor, Carlie worked her way up to become the Senior General Manager for Bank of America and Viacom’s corporate fitness and wellness studios. This all before the age of 30, making Carlie the youngest Senior General Manager in the entire company!
After Noa was born in August 2017, Carlie chose to take a break from corporate life and stay at home with her beautiful daughter. However, it didn’t take long for Carlie’s clients to persuade her to get back into personal training, something that she does when she’s not “mommy’ing” and still loves as much as ever!
Carlie couldn’t be happier to be a part of Mommy Mingle, bringing a greater community feel (along with the best programs and events) to our families!
